Who controls your data
Digital Growth Equity Ltd is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact dudley@digitalgrowthequity.com or write to 10 Harlow Gardens, Kingston Upon Thames, England, KT1 3FF.
Data we collect
We may collect your name, role, company, contact details, website, enquiry content, correspondence and basic technical or security information generated when the site is used. Please avoid sending special-category or highly sensitive transaction information through the initial form.
Why and on what basis
We use enquiry data to assess and respond to acquisition, advisory and partnership opportunities; manage relationships; protect the website; and meet legal obligations. We normally rely on our legitimate interests in developing and operating the business, and on legal obligation where applicable. We do not use the form to subscribe you to general marketing.
Who receives it
Data may be processed by authorised personnel, our CRM and hosting providers, email and IT providers, and professional advisers where needed. Our enquiry CRM is provided by HighLevel. Providers may process data outside the UK; where required, we rely on lawful transfer safeguards.
Retention
We normally keep general enquiry records for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active transaction, legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims. Security logs are retained only as operationally necessary.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Contact us first if you would like us to address a concern.
Changes
We may update this notice when our services or legal obligations change. The current version and date will appear here.
